  11.        performance package that works in conjunction with Adobe
  12.        Photoshop.

  14.        Photoshop is an imaging application developed and supported
  15.        by Adobe Systems Inc.  pppphhhhoooottttoooosssshhhhoooopppp____ssssggggiiii allows users to run
  16.        Photoshop with SGI accelerated and customized plug-ins.

  51.        After you install the online release notes for a product
  52.        (the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s subsystem), you can view the release notes on
  53.        your screen.

  55.        If you have a graphics system, select ``Release Notes'' from
  56.        the Help submenu of the Toolchest. This displays the
  57.        _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) graphical browser for the online release notes.

  60.        options to this command.

  78.        If you do not have a graphics system, you can use the
  79.        _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s command.  Refer to the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) reference page
  80.        for accessing the online release notes.

  82.        1.3  _P_r_o_d_u_c_t__S_u_p_p_o_r_t

  84.        Silicon Graphics, Inc., provides a comprehensive product
  85.        support maintenance program for the installation and SGI
  86.        accelerated plug-ins for this product. Adobe System
  87.        Incorporated provides product level support of Photoshop as
  88.        specified in the license agreement.

  90.        Photoshop as installed by default and shipped on CD is
  91.        supported by Adobe.  Please read the file 'README' in the
  92.        /usr/adobe/Photoshop_x.x directory to learn more about the
  93.        Photoshop product and understand your product support
  94.        options through Adobe Systems Inc.

  96.        The 'photoshop_sgi' product is a performance package which
  97.        was developed by SGI and is supported by SGI.  If you are
  98.        running 'photoshop_sgi' code and you are experiencing
  99.        problem with one of the SGI customized plug-in enumerated
  100.        below, please follow the steps below before reporting a
  101.        problem to SGI:

  103.           +o The operation which causes the problem must be on the
  104.             list of SGI customized plug-ins (see manual page).
  105.  
  106.           +o Verify that this problem does not occur on standard
  107.             version of Photoshop as shipped by Adobe. That is, when
  108.             you try the operation using 'photoshop' the problem
  109.             does not occur but when you try the operation using
  110.             'photoshop_sgi' the problem does occur.

  112.        If your problem meets the SGI problem criteria above, then
  113.        report your problem to SGI.
  114.  
  115.        If you are in the U.S. or Canada and would like support for
  116.        your Silicon Graphics-supported products, contact the
  117.        Technical Assistance Center at (800)800-4SGI.  If you are
  118.        outside these areas, contact the Silicon Graphics subsidiary
  119.        or authorized distributor in your country.
